To return for a refund, please email us at info@theredemptivemarket.com with the following information:

  1. What item(s) you'd like to return

  2. Reason for return (for informational purposes only)

Once we receive your email, we can send you the address for returns/exchanges.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer in most cases.  (Damaged items excluded.)

 

 Return/exchange policy

There is a 90-day exchange/return policy from the date your order is received in your hands.

Items must have the original tags attached, include original packaging, and cannot be used. If there is damage, staining, etc to your item, please understand that we cannot resell it, so a return will not be issued in that case.
