Our Story
The Redemptive Market was born out of a deep rooted belief that the poor do not lack talent or vision but they lack the opportunities to use those talents. We have created this marketplace as a space to be able to provide viable financial opportunities to women rising out of extreme poverty and to bring along with it a chance for communities to come together and lift up women who are exiting the poverty trap.
Our Partner Studio
Located in the heart of a church / refugee camp in Tijuana, Mexico. Our partner studio space that is run and operated by the non profit, Open Road Collaborative is built around a community space model where women are brought together daily to learn, develop income generating skills, and build confidence as they make products. Vendors within The Redemptive Market network shops have been able to visit and volunteer time to teach artisan skills as well as source product production. This partnership has helped reinforce the collaborative purpose of this market to be a place where redemptive stories emerge and grow daily. Thank you for joining along with us.
